Description

Extended width rain diverters are used to waterproof and prevent leaks in doors wider than 36″, including sliding glass doors (SGD), French doors, double doors, storefront doors, overhead doors, and windows. Please be aware that EXTENDED width rain diverters use a center structural bracket (shown below) to achieve various widths. Be sure to verify there are no conflicts with this bracket.

Custom fabricated sizes using a splice bracket (EXTENDED and SHORTER WIDTHS specifically) are NOT RETURNABLE. Please verify all colors and dimensions. If you are unsure if our product will work for your application, you are encouraged to contact Customer Service or send us a photo of your door(s) or window(s) to admin@doorbrim.com. We will review your application and offer our best advice and recommendation.

DOORBRIM Splice Bracket

Make sure you order the correct custom size. For example, if your doors are 36″ each, you would need 72″ ( for the doors) +4″ (2″ jamb width on each side) + 12″ (6″ overhang each side) = 88″.

Don’t forget to order color matched stainless steel concrete fasteners and accessories for an easy installation.

    Hi,
    I received my second diverter today and installed it. Now I have a matched set. The first one I installed got the ultimate test last night during a heavy storm with 70mph wind gusts. Prior to that, rain would flood the window channel and end up on the window sill. When I went upstairs this morning to check the towel on the sill, it was bone dry! I am so glad I found you. I will absolutely recommend your product to anyone looking for a rain solution.
